Job Description
1. Recruitment (70%)
- Create and post job ads in multiple social media channels
- Connect with potential candidates through career groups on social media and recruitment channels
- Interview and screen candidates' profile
- Propose to improve functions and applications on recruitment channels in line with recruitment trends in the market & company needs
2. Employer Branding (20%)
- Communicate the company's employer brand in the labor market through online channels and offline events.
3. Administration (10%)
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University with major in human resource management, economics,...
- Analytical and problem-solving skill, negotiation skill; |
- Ability to observe, understand, and evaluate psychology;
- Have at least 2-3 years experience in recruitment
- Proficiency in English.
