JOB DESCRIPTION:
   - Manage projects throughout all development phases, closely coordinating with the client-side PM and the development team
   - Act as a bridge between the client and the technical team: communicate requirements and provide translation/interpretation when necessary
   - Develop project plans, manage timelines, monitor progress, and handle issues arising during implementation
   - Work independently in project management; for maintenance projects, be able to manage them autonomously without managerial support
   - Take full responsibility for project quality from initiation through completion and final acceptance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

[General Requirements]
   - At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or experience participating in/managing multiple projects
   - Experience across the full project lifecycle, from planning to completion
   - Hands-on experience in issue management, problem-solving, and product validation/acceptance
   - Experience coordinating and working with multiple stakeholders

[Nice to Have]
   - Basic knowledge of IT
   - Experience working as a Developer or Tester
   - Experience studying or working in Japan
